Kata Information
Zenyu is proud to offer Kata for the 2024 Zenyu Winter Classic Judo Tournament!
The cost to participate is $25 per Tori and per Uke. Kata will run from 8:00 - 9:00am the morning of the event prior to the Shiai. All are welcome to attend and watch Judo in it's purset form and support your local Kata Judoka!
During registration, you will be asked who your Kata Partner will be and the role each of you will play. The week of the event you will be asked to confirm.
The following Katas will be contested:
- Nage No Kata
- Katame No Kata
- Ju No Kata
Please note that each will be run as an OPEN Division meaning Juniors will be competing against Senior Kata practioners.
