Any changes that must be made to a division/athlete placement must be sent via email to Riley at [email protected] NO LATER than Saturday before the event. The absolute last chance to make changes to divisions and placements can be done on the day of the event between 7:30 & 8:30am.
Once a division starts, no additional changes can be made.
We will be running the event in SESSIONS and kindly ask that you do not arrive until the end of the session so we can successfully accommodate all of the participants.
