Any and all changes that must be made to a division/athlete placement must be sent via email to [email protected] NO LATER than Saturday before the event. The absolute last chance to make changes to divisions and placements can be done on the day of the event between 7:30 & 8:30am.
Once a division starts, no additional changes can be made.
